摘要 储能锂离子电池存在热失控和起火爆炸风险,严重制约电池储能系统发展。针对锂电池储能系统灭火防复燃难的问题,提出氟基快速灭火和钝化降温防复燃方法,并开展大尺寸电池模组灭火试验。结果表明该方法可实现快速扑灭储能锂电池组初期明火,灭火后不复燃。研究结果可对锂电池储能系统灭火技术应用和未来重点攻关方向提供一定指导。 The lithium-ion battery energy storage system(ESS) has the risk of thermal runaway, fire and explosion. In this paper, aiming at the problem that lithium battery ESS is difficult to extinguish and easy to reburn, the rapid fire-extinguishing based-fluorine and passivation and anti-reburning methods are proposed. The large-scale fire extinguishing test is carried out. The results showed that the initial fire can be quickly extinguished, and the reburning doesn’t occur. This research can provide a guidance for the application of fire extinguishing technology in the lithium battery ESS and future key research directions.
