摘要
针对现有剩余电流保护装置将剩余电流基波幅值作为动作判据导致保护器拒动或误动的难题,提出一种基于滑动半波有效值的生物体触电保护方法。该方法基于动物活体触电电流特征,计算1.5个工频周期滑动窗内的剩余电流的半波有效值变化情况,进行动物体触电识别。根据提出的算法,设计了新型剩余电流保护器样机。实验结果表明,该方法能准确、快速识别动物体与非动物体触电,实现活体触电准确保护,减少误动作,对保证用电的安全性和供电可靠性具有重要意义。
Due to the existing residual current protection devices using the amplitude of the fundamental residual current as the action criterion are easily to cause the protection devices failure to operate or misoperate,this paper proposes a method based on sliding half-wave root mean square value(RMS)to protect living body from electric shock.Based on the characteristic of animal living body electric shock current,calculate the half-wave RMS variety situation in the sliding window of 1.5 fundamental wave cycle time to distinguish whether living body electric shock occur.According to the proposed algorithm,a new residual current protector prototype is designed.The experimental results show that this method can accurately and quickly identify the electric shock of living body and non living body,and achieve accurate electric shock protection.It is of great significance to ensure the safety of electricity use and the reliability of power supply.
