线上直播对学术会议举办效果影响研究

学术会议是实现学术信息的共享与学术类研究的一种会议形式,在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,线上直播形式逐步成为一种“新常态”,线上形式是否可以和线下学术交流取得相同的效果?线上学术会议交流过程中主要的影响因素是什么?文章基于问卷调查法,采用因子分析法测评主要会议参与者对线上学术会议的感知效果,探究影响线上学术会议举办过程中对效果影响的主要因素后发现,线上直播手段对于学术会议举办效果呈现正向影响,同时“线上直播参与者客观条件”“线上直播会议内容”“线上直播平台方式”几个方面对整体效果影响较大,今后应着眼以上几个方面不断提升学术会议举办效果,真正实现数据时代下的数字+学术会议举办方式。

As a form of meeting to realize academic information sharing and academic research,the online live broadcast has gradually become a"new normal"under the influence of the COVID-19.Whether the online form can achieve the same effect as the offline academic exchange,and what are the main influencing factors in the online academic meeting exchange process,Based on the questionnaire survey method,this paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the perception effect of major conference participants on online academic conferences,with a view to exploring the main factors that affect the effect of online academic conferences in the process of holding,and finds that online live broadcast means have a positive impact on the effect of academic conferences.At the same time,"online live broadcast participants’objective conditions"."online live broadcast conference content"The"online live broadcast platform mode"has a great impact on the overall effect.In the future,we should focus on the above aspects to continuously improve the effectiveness of academic conferences,and truly realize the digital+academic conference mode in the data age.
