如今,互联网通信技术的飞速发展,导致网络通信诈骗呈现出手段迭代变化、剧本量身定制、诈骗实施精准等特点,诈骗案件日益频发高发,表现为案势迅猛、新型多样,造成现实危害大、损失大。文章系统性地阐述了新型电信网络诈骗案的背景和形势,然后围绕具体案件进行分析,提出一些针对该类案件的合理防范与治理方法,旨在对相关工作提供有价值的参考与布控策略,科学打击电信网络诈骗犯罪活动,有效降低诈骗案件事故的发生率,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。

Nowdays,the rapid development of Internet communication technology has led to many characteristics of network communication fraud,such as iterative changes in means,tailored scripts,and accurate fraud implementation.Fraud cases are increasingly prominent and frequent,which are characterized by rapid,new and diverse cases,causing great real harm and loss.This paper systematically expounds the background and situation of the new type of telecom network fraud cases,and then analyzes the specific cases,proposes some reasonable prevention and governance methods for such cases,aiming to provide valuable control strategies for relevant work,scientifically crack down on the criminal activities of telecom network fraud,effectively reduce the incidence of fraud cases,and actively protect the safety of people’s lives and property.
