雷火灸辅治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

目的:观察雷火灸辅治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法:90例随机分为观察组及对照组各45例,两组均予常规西药治疗,观察组结合雷火灸治疗。结果:观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组淋巴结长径、短径均小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸辅治小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎能够缓解疼痛、缩小肠系膜淋巴结体积,治疗效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with thunder fire moxibustion.Results:The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The long and short diameters of lymph nodes in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder fire moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis could relieve pain and reduce the volume of mesenteric lymph nodes,with better therapeutic effect.
