基于感应无线的有轨机车定位控制关键技术研究

摘要 在工业有轨作业机车自动定位中,需要对移动机车位置进行精确检测,目前普遍存在精测精度不高、干扰严重等问题。介绍了机车自动走行控制的设计要求和方法,重点阐述了感应无线位置检测的原理和实现高精度位置检测的方法。该方法是基于电磁感应原理,通过检测感应电动势的相位和幅度,得到移动机车的位置。详细介绍了感应无线数据通信特征以及同频干扰的抑制方法,最后探讨了有轨机车定位控制的发展前景。介绍的基于感应无线的机车定位技术,检测精度可达2 mm,且抗干扰能力较强,对有轨作业机车的定位控制和自动走行具有一定参考价值。 In automatic positioning of industrial rail locomotives, it is necessary for accurate measurement of mobile locomotive location. At present, there are many problems such as low precision of precise position measurement and serious interference.In this paper, the design requirements and methods of automatic running control of locomotive were presented, and the principle of induction wireless position detection and the method of high-precision position detection were expounded. Based on the principles of electromagnetic induction, the mobile locomotive location can be acquired by detecting the phase and amplitude of induced emf. The characteristics of induction wireless data transmission and the suppression method of the same frequency interference were detailly presented. Finally, the development prospects of railway locomotive positioning control were discussed. The locomotive positioning technology based on induction wireless introduced in this paper has a better anti-interference performance, and the detection accuracy is 2 mm, and has some reference value for the positioning control and automatic running of the rail working locomotive.
