随着小康社会的全面建成,农村工作现已正式转入全力推进乡村振兴、加快农村现代化的阶段。推进乡村振兴和农村现代化,不仅需要党和政府坚强领导和科学决策,同样需要多元社会力量参与其中。农村社会组织作为基层社会治理的重要力量之一,在提供乡村公共服务、组织引领、资源供给等方面发挥了重要作用。面对基层社会治理中出现的自治力量不足、公共服务供给不够、组织化程度不高、治理体系不完善等问题,农村社会组织参与治理十分必要。

With the comprehensive completion of a well-off society, rural work has officially shifted to the stage of fully promoting rural revitalization and accelerating rural modernization. Promoting rural revitalization and modernization requires not only the strong leadership and scientific decision-making of the Party and government, but also the participation of multiple social forces. As one of the important forces of grass-roots social governance, rural social organizations play an important role in providing rural public services, organization guidance, resource supply, etc. In the face of problems such as insufficient autonomy, insufficient supply of public services, low degree of organization, and imperfect governance system in grass-roots social governance, it is necessary for rural social organizations to participate in governance.
