双一流背景下硕士博士学位授权建设机理与实现途径研究

摘要 通过对目前高等学校硕博士立项建设项目进程的总结与分析,将高校学科建设、办学定位与硕博士学位点授权建设相联系,从学科方向、导师队伍建设、搭建学科基地、培养拔尖人才4方面介绍硕博士点学科建设的主要做法;从外部环境、内部环境和主观价值选择3大侧重点分析影响高校办学定位的重要因素,从政府和高校2个层面对高等学校办学定位提出了优化措施,对目前高等学校硕博士立项建设工作具有重要的指导价值。 Based on the summary and analysis of the current constructon projects of master and doctor programs in colleges and universities, the discipline construction, school-running orientation and the authorization of master and doctoral degree in colleges nd universities were linked, and the main methods of discipline construction of master and doctoral degree sections were introduced from four aspects: discipline direction, the construction of tutor teams, the construction of discipline base and the cultivation of top talents. The important factors affecting the orientation of colleges and universities were analyzed from three aspects: external environment, internal environment and subjective value choice, and some optimization measures for the orientation of higher education were proposed from two aspects: government and universities, which has important guiding value for the construction project of master and doctoral degree sections in colleges and universities.
