基于STEP设计齿廓的摆线泵转子误差检测

摘要 摆线泵转子的齿廓形状和加工精度决定了齿轮泵容腔的密封性,进而影响吸油和压油等运动特性。然而,转子的齿廓形状多是企业根据自身实际需求自行设计的,这就造成齿廓误差测量过程中的测量基准和设计基准不一致,测量结果更无法准确反映转子的齿廓加工质量。鉴于此,将企业设计的产品模型数据交互规范(Standard for the Exchange of Product model data, STEP)齿廓作为测量所必需的基准数据,在使用一维测头的国产齿轮测量中心上完成了转子齿廓的快速检测,采用重构及匹配等补偿处理方法,实现了摆线泵转子误差的精确评定。结果表明,该方法具有较好的柔性,对于复杂齿面的精确测量和评定具有重要的理论意义。 The tooth profile shape and machining accuracy of cycloidal pump rotor determine the sealing of gear pump cavity, and then affect the motion characteristics such as oil suction and oil pressure.However, the tooth profile shape of the rotor is mostly designed by enterprises according to the actual needs, which leads to the inconsistency between the measurement datum and the design datum in the process of tooth profile error measurement, and the measurement results can not correctly reflect the tooth profile processing quality of the rotor.In view of this, it takes the STEP tooth profile designed by the enterprise as the necessary benchmark data for measurement, completes the rapid detection of the rotor tooth profile on the domestic gear measurement center using one-dimensional probe, and realizes the accurate evaluation of the rotor error of cycloidal pump by using compensation processing methods such as reconstruction and matching.This method has good flexibility and has important theoretical significance for the accurate measurement and evaluation of complex tooth surfaces.
