学习目标对大学生学习倦怠的影响:学习兴趣与学习自我效能感的链式中介作用 被引量:10

摘要 当前高校学生学习倦怠问题日益严重,影响高校人才培养质量的提升。为预防和消除高校学生学习倦怠问题,探究学习目标与学习倦怠之间的关系,该文采用学习目标量表、学习兴趣量表、学习自我效能感量表和学习倦怠量表对156名内蒙古师范大学学生进行面对面访问。结果表明,学习目标、学习兴趣、学习自我效能感都与学习倦怠呈显著负相关;学习自我效能感在学习目标与学习倦怠间起中介作用;学习兴趣、学习自我效能感在学习目标与学习倦怠间起完全链式中介作用。因此预防和消除大学生学习倦怠心理和行为应从建立学习目标入手,培养其学习兴趣,提升其学习自我效能感。研究结论对于预防和消除大学生学习倦怠,推动教育部门和高校改革提供理论依据。 At present, the problem of learning burnout from college students is increasingly serious, which affects the improvement of the quality of college personnel training. In order to prevent and eliminate the problem of learning burnout among college students and explore the relationship between learning goal and learning burnout, 156 students from Inner Mongolia Normal University were interviewed face to face by learning Objectives Scale, learning Interest Scale, learning Selfefficacy Scale and learning Burnout Scale. The results showthat learning goal, learning interest and learning self-efficacy were negatively correlated with learning burnout;Learning self-efficacy plays a mediating role between learning goaland learning burnout;Learning interest and learning self-efficacy play a complete chain mediating role between learning goal and learning burnout. Therefore, to prevent and eliminate the psychology and behavior of learning burnout from college students, we should start with the establishment of learning goal, cultivate their learning interest, and improve their learning self-efficacy. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for preventing and eliminating college students’ learning burnout and promoting the reform of education departments and colleges.
