高校辅导员参与课程思政可行性路径探索与思考 被引量:4

摘要 在探索课程思政新形式,深化“三全育人”新格局过程中,各高校更多从思政课教师和专业课教师视角去实现,往往忽视辅导员群体的重要力量,辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,高校组建多学科背景相互支撑、良性互动的课程思政教学团队,亟需整合专职辅导员和思政课教师、专业课教师、班主任等不同队伍。该研究从“以多形式‘课堂’为载体,与专业课教师协同推进课程思政”和“以辅导员为中心,构建多方位‘四育课程’体系”多维度提出辅导员参与课程思政可行性路径,并从“辅导员专业背景结构优化”“辅导员课程思政思维和能力提升”“辅导员日常管理工作‘课程化’”等方面提出思考,以期推进辅导员课程思政实践,深度提升大学生思政教育中价值塑造、价值引领、知识传授和能力提升的多元统一。 In the process of exploring new forms of "curriculum ideological and political" and deepening the new pattern of "three holistic education", colleges and universities have realized more from the perspective of ideological and political teachers and professional teachers, often ignoring the important strength of the instructor group. Colleges and universities form a multi-disciplinary background that supports each other and benign interactive "curriculum ideological and political" teaching teams, and it is urgent to integrate different teams such as full-time counselors, ideological and political teachers, professional teachers, and class teachers. This research starts from "using multi-form classroom as the carrier to promote curriculum ideology and politics in collaboration with professional course teachers" and "Taking counselors as the center, constructing a multi-dimensional " four education curriculum " system" and other multi-dimensional ways to propose a feasible path for counselors to participate in "curriculum ideological and political". And put forward thinking from the aspects of "optimization of the professional background structure of counselors", "improvement of the ideological and political thinking and ability of counselors participating in courses", "curriculization of counselors’ daily management work", etc.
