摘要
1867年,高桥由一随遣清贸易使节团来华考察,留有《上海日志》《上海渡航图卷》等写生手稿。这批手稿呈现了19世纪中期中国苏、沪地区的人文风光,也是高桥由一美术交游的反映。在中国苏、沪地区的美术活动是高桥由一西洋画技法转型的起点。中国之行不仅使画家对西洋画材料与技能有了更全面的认知,而且为其归国后的西洋画创作与教学提供了合理参照。
In 1867, Takahashi Yuichi accompanied a trade mission to China for an inspection and left sketch books such as Shanghai Diary and Shanghai Ferry Chart Scroll. Sketches inside reveal the cultural scenery of Suzhou and Shanghai in the mid-19th century, which is a reflection of Takahashi Yuichi’s artistic travels. Art activities in the region of Suzhou and Shanghai of China were the starting point for the transformation of his Western painting techniques. The trip to China not only enabled him to grasp a more comprehensive understanding of Western painting materials and skills, but also provided a reasonable reference for the creation and teaching of Western painting after returning to Japan.
