摘要
目的:进行黄连须根的形态组织学鉴别。方法:采用生药学常规方法,对其进行显微特征的观察,并拍摄照片或进行显微摄影。结果:确定了黄连须根在显微上的主要鉴别特征。结论:研究结果可为黄连须根的鉴别及完善相关标准提供参考。
Objective: To carry out morphological and histological identification of fibrous roots of Huanglian. Method: By using the conventional method of pharmacognosy, the microscopic characteristics were observed, and photographs or micrographs were taken. Result: The main identification characteristics of fibrous roots of Huanglian were determined. Conclusion: The research results can provide references for the identification of fibrous roots of Huanglian and the improvement of related standards.
