中医药治疗月经不调的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of menstrual disorders with traditional Chinese medicine

随着生活节奏加快,生活压力增大,我国女性患月经不调的比例正逐年增大。其不仅严重影响患者的日常生活,重则还极易引发器官病变,对患者的生理和心理造成不同程度的伤害。目前中医联合用药或结合西药、中医技术治疗月经不调取得较大突破,能够有效改善患者的临床不症状。本文综述了中医对月经不调的认识、文献研究及治疗,以期为后续的研究提供科学的理论依据和实践基础。

With the speeding up of the pace of life and the increase of life pressure, the proportion of women with menstrual disorders is increasing year by year in our country. It not only seriously affects the daily life of the patients, but also easily leads to organ diseases, causing varying degrees of damage to the physiology and psychology of patients. At present, with the drug combination of traditional Chinese medicine or the combination with western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine technology has made great breakthroughs in treating menstrual disorders, which can effectively improve the adverse clinical symptoms of patients. This paper summarizes the understanding, literature research and treatment for menstrual disorders in traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide scientific theoretical basis and practical basis for the follow-up research.
