摘要
人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是高等学校的三大基本职能,其中人才培养是核心功能。高等院校大类招生、专业分流的人才培养模式在促进教育公平、提升人才培养质量的同时,也使一些基础性专业面临前所未有的发展困境。基于对杭州电子科技大学经济学专业的研究,认为基础性专业需要以本科生导师制为抓手提升专业吸引力。通过动态优化调整人才培养方案,构建多维度、嵌入式、深度参与的导师制培养模式,将导师的指导融入学生规划发展方向、管控学习过程、参与课题研究等本科学习的全过程,提升经济类等基础性专业的人才培养质量。
The college three basic functions are talent training,scientific researches and serving the society and the talent training is the core function.The talent training modes of large-scale enrollment and professional diversion in colleges not only promote the educational equity and improve the talent training quality,but also make some fundamental majors face the unprecedented development difficulties.Based on the research on the economics major in Hangzhou dianzi university,the fundamental majors should focus on the undergraduate-tutorial system to enhance the professional attraction.This paper adjusts and optimizes the talent training schemes,sets up the tutorial system cultivation mode with the form of multi-dimension and in-depth participation,and integrates the tutorial guidance into the whole process of undergraduate learning,such as college students’planning and development direction,controlling the learning process,and participating in the project research in order to improve the talent training quality of economic fundamental majors.
