公安部部长王小洪9月22日在京以视频形式出席第12届东盟与中日韩(10+3)打击跨国犯罪部长级会议。王小洪表示,今年4月,习近平主席提出全球安全倡议,为弥补和平赤字、破解全球安全困境提供了新方向,指明了新路径。中方愿同各方一道,积极践行全球安全倡议,充分发挥东盟与中日韩合作机制作用,进一步凝聚各方共识,增进安全互信,共同应对电信网络诈骗。

On September 22,Wang Xiaohong,Minister of Public Security,P.R.China attended the Twelfth ASEAN Plus Three(China,Japan and Repulic of Korea)Ministerial Meeting on Transnational Crime(12th AMMTC+3)via video link in Beijing.Wang Xiaohong noted that Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the Global Security Initative this April,which gives the guidance and offers a new path for eliminating the peace deficit and tackling the global security dilemma.
