Research on the Integration of 1+X Certificate System and Talent Cultivation Plan of Art Design Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了探索“1+X证书制度”与高职艺术设计类人才培养方案融合的途径,通过对“1+X证书制度”内涵的解读,并对高职艺术设计类人才培养方案与1+X证书融合存在的问题进行分析,从人才培养定位、课程体系改革、评价体系改革、师资队伍建设四个方面对人才培养方案与1+X证书融合进行探索。

In order to explore the integration mode of“1+X certificate system”and talent cultivation plan of art design majors in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the connotation of“1+X certificate system”,analyzes the existing problems in the process of integration,and proposes the following four aspects:talent cultivation orientation,curriculum system reform,evaluation system reform,and teaching group construction to explore the integration mode of 1+X certificate system and talent cultivation plan.
