学习风格简介干预训练的自闭症儿童康复疗效的影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis of factors affecting rehabilitation effect of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder receiving Learning Style Profile

摘要 目的 探究学习风格简介(LSP)干预训练的自闭症儿童康复疗效的影响因素,为进一步完善干预训练方案提供理论依据。方法 对81例自闭症儿童进行为期24周LSP干预训练,应用儿童孤独症评定量表和0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表进行康复疗效评估,分析患儿背景资料和干预训练情况对康复疗效的影响。结果 0~6岁儿童神经心理发育量表中的语言能区分值变化受到疾病的严重程度和每周接受干预的时间的影响,与疾病的严重程度呈负相关(t=-2.040,P<0.05),与每周接受干预的时间呈正相关(t=2.337,P<0.05)。社会行为能区分值变化受到疾病的严重程度、每周接受干预的时间和起始干预年龄的影响,与疾病的严重程度和起始干预年龄呈负相关(t=-2.885,P<0.01;t=-2.602,P<0.05),与每周接受干预时间呈正相关(t=2.743,P<0.01)。适应行为能区分值变化受到起始干预年龄和家庭年收入的影响,与起始干预年龄呈负相关(t=-2.492,P<0.05),与家庭年收入呈正相关(t=2.418,P<0.05)。CARS量表得分变化受到疾病的严重程度和起始干预年龄的影响,与疾病的严重程度和起始干预年龄均呈负相关(t=-2.169、-2.308,均P<0.05)。结论 疾病的严重程度、起始干预年龄、每周接受干预的时间和家庭年收入是LSP干预训练的自闭症儿童康复疗效的主要影响因素。 Objective Exploring the factors affecting rehabilitation effect of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) receiving Learning Style Profile(LSP) training, for the aim of providing theoretical basis for further improvement of intervention program.Methods A total of 81 children with ASD receiving LSP training for 24 weeks were evaluated to assess rehabilitation effect by Children’s Neuropsychological Development Scale(0 to 6-year-old) and Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS) before and after the intervention, and to analyze the factors affecting the rehabilitation effect.Results Score change in DQ(Developmental quotient) of language in Children’s Neuropsychological Development Scale(0 to 6-year-old) has a negative correlation with the severity of ASD(t=-2.040,P<0.05) and a positive correlation with the intensity of intervention(t=2.337,P<0.05).Score change in DQ of social behavior has a negative correlation with the severity of ASD(t=-2.885,P<0.01) as well as the age beginning receiving intervention(t=-2.602,P<0.05),and a positive correlation with the duration of intervention(t=2.743,P<0.01).Score change in DQ of adaptation behavior has a negative correlation with the age beginning receiving intervention(t=-2.492,P<0.05) and a positive correlation with family income(t=2.418,P<0.05).Score change in CARS has a negative correlation with the severity of ASD(t=-2.169,P<0.05) and the age beginning receiving intervention(t=-2.308,P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of ASD,the age beginning receiving intervention, the intensity of intervention and family income are the main factors affecting the rehabilitation effect of children with ASD receiving LSP training.
