Data Analysis of the First and Second Batches of Drugs under National Centralized Drug Procurement in A Tertiary-Grade Class Hospital

目的分析某三级甲等综合医院执行第一批和第二批国家药品集中采购的情况,为完善我国药品集中采购模式提供参考。方法查询潮州中心医院第一批国家药品集中采购执行前一年(2018年12月30日至2019年12月29日)和执行后一年(2019年12月30日至2020年12月29日)以及第二批国家药品集中采购执行前一年(2019年4月27日至2020年4月26日)和执行后一年(2020年4月27日至2021年4月26日)相关药品的使用数据,分析执行前和执行后的用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)的情况以及集中采购药品完成率的情况。结果国家集中采购药品实施一年后,两批中选药品的DDDs对比执行前一年非中选药品的DDDs增加的有20个品种,DDDs减少的有11个品种;大部分药品的DDC出现大幅度下降,两批中选药品仅各有一个品种出现DDC上升;两批国家集中采购药品都完成了任务量,尤其是第一批全部超额完成,完成率超200%有15个药品,第二批中完成率超200%有6个。结论医院在执行第一批、第二批国家药品集中采购后,取得了显著的成效,中选药品的使用频度上升,患者的用药费用明显下降,圆满地完成了任务量。

Objective To analyze the first and second batches of drugs under national centralized drug procurement in A tertiary-grade class hospital,so as to provide some consulting information to the accomplishment on the national centralized drug procurement mode.Methods Search the relative using data of the first batch of drug before national centralized drug procurement(30 th,Dec.2018 to 29 th,Dec.2019)and the first batch one year after that(30 th,Dec.2019 to 29 th,Dec.2020),the second batch before national centralized drug procurement(27th,Apr.2019 to 26th,Apr.2020)and the second batch one year after that(27 th,Apr.2020 to 26 th,Apr.2021)to analyze the DDDs,DDC and the complement of the drug procurement before and after centralized drug procurement.Results One year after the implementation of centralized purchasing,the DDDS of two batches of selected drugs increased by 20 varieties and decreased by 11 varieties as compared with the DDDs of non-selected drugs in the previous year The DDC of most of the drugs fell significantly,and only one of each of the two batches of the selected drugs showed an increase in DDC.Both batches of drugs purchased centrally by the two countries have fulfilled their tasks,especially when the first batch of drugs were all over-completed,completion rate is over 200%for 15 drugs.In the second batch,the completion rate exceeded 200%for 6 drugs.Conclusion After the implementation of the first and second batch of centralized procurement of national drugs,the hospital has achieved remarkable results.The frequency of use of selected drugs has increased,the cost of drug use for patients has decreased significantly,and the task has been successfully completed.
