卡介菌多糖核酸治疗春季结膜炎的效果

The Effect of BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid in the Treatment of Vernal Conjunctivitis

目的探讨春季结膜炎给予卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的效果与该药对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年1月于朝阳市中心医院诊治的88例春季结膜炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组和观察组分别开展常规治疗、常规治疗联合卡介菌多糖核酸肌内注射治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、血清指标、细胞免疫功能指标。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、IgE均低于对照组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前免疫功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论春季结膜炎采用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗能够取得较好的治疗效果,在改善患者免疫功能、减轻症状和炎症反应等方面效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid on vernal conjunctivitis and the effect of the drug on the immune function of patients.Methods 88 patients with vernal conjunctivitis who were diagnosed and treated in Chaoyang Central Hospital from June 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases each.The control group and the observation group were treated with routine treatment,routine treatment combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid intramuscular injection respectively,and the effective rate,serum index and cellular immune function index of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,higher than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for vernal conjunctivitis can achieve better therapeutic effects,and it has significant effects in improving the immune function of patients,reducing symptoms and inflammatory reactions.
