肝脏手术后再发胆囊结石病因分析及治疗策略

Etiological analysis and treatment strategy of recurrent cholecystolithiasis after liver operation

目的探讨肝脏手术后胆囊结石成因及治疗策略。方法回顾性分析我院肝脏手术后胆囊结石25例诊治体会。结果25例均恢复顺利,无出血、胆漏、腹腔感染等并发症。结论肝脏手术后胆囊结石腹腔镜手术可做首选,特殊病例选择开腹。邻近胆囊的肝脏手术和伴肝内胆管结石的肝脏手术建议切除胆囊,其他手术尽量减少牵拉刺激胆囊。

Objective To study the causes and treatment of gallstone after liver operation.Methods 25 cases of Callstone after liver operation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results 25 cases recovered smoothly,no bleeding,bile leakage,abdominal infection and other complications.Conclusions Gallbladder Stone laparoscopy after liver surgery can be the first choice,and laparotomy can be selected for special cases.Liver surgery adjacent to the gallbladder and liver surgery with Hepatolithiasis suggests cholecystectomy and other procedures to minimize traction and gallbladder irritation.
