以家庭为中心的赋能教育对PICC置管患者自我管理能力的影响

Influence of family-centered empowerment education on the self-management ability of patients with PICC catheterization

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的赋能教育对PICC置管患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:选取本院收治的85例接受PICC置管的妇科肿瘤患者为研究对象。将患者根据投掷硬币法进行随机分组,对照组43例患者接受常规护理,研究组42例患者联合开展以家庭为中心的赋能教育。对比两组患者心理状态改善情况、自我管理能力评分变化、生活质量改善情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组的CD-RISC各维度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组CPPSM各项目评分及总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组EORTC QLQ-C30各领域及整体健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的赋能教育可有效改善患者的心理状态,提高患者自我管理能力及生活质量,且并发症发生率低,护理满意度高,对促进PICC置管患者的机体康复有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of family-centered empowerment education on the self-management ability of patients with PICC catheterization.Methods:A total of 85 patients with gynecological tumors who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into groups according to the coin tossing method.43 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 42 patients in the study group received family-centered empowerment education on the basis of the control group.The improvement of psychological state,the change of self-management ability score,the improvement of quality of life,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the CD-RISC scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CPPSM item scores and total scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in various fields and overall health scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family centered empowerment education can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,improve their self-management ability and quality of life,and has a low incidence of complications and high satisfaction with nursing.It is of positive significance to promote the physical rehabilitation of patients with PICC catheterization.
