“互联网+医护患一体化”管理模式对晚期肺癌靶向治疗患者希望调适的影响

Influence of the management model of“Internet+integration of doctors,nurses and patients”on the adjustment of hope of patients with advanced lung cancer targeted therapy

目的:分析“互联网+医护患一体化”管理模式对晚期肺癌靶向治疗患者希望水平评分(积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系)、应对方式评分(面对、回避、屈服)、生存质量评分(生理状况、社会/家庭状况、与医生的关系、情感状况、功能状况、附加的关注情况)的调适应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月于本院出院的60例晚期肺癌靶向治疗患者的临床资料,依据实施的护理方案分为两组各30例。对照组实施传统随访护理管理模式,观察组实施“互联网+医护患一体化”管理模式,3个月后比较两组患者的希望水平评分、应对方式评分、生存质量评分的差异。结果:护理前两组患者的希望水平评分、应对方式评分、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均优于护理前,且观察组的各指标数值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“互联网+医护患一体化”管理模式能够提高晚期肺癌靶向治疗患者希望水平、改变其应对方式并改善其生存质量,具有重要的使用价值。

Objective:To analyze the scores of hope(positive attitude,positive action,intimacy),coping style(face,avoidance,surrender),quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer targeted therapy in the management model of“Internet+integration of doctors,nurses and patients”adaptation effects of scores(physiological status,social/family status,relationship with physician,emotional status,functional status,additional concerns).Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with advanced lung cancer targeted therapy who were discharged from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The control group implemented the traditional follow-up nursing management model,and the observation group implemented the“Internet+doctor-nursing-patient integration”management model.Results:The scores of hope level,coping style and quality of survival were not different(P>0.05),which were better than those before nursing,and the observation group was better than that of the control group,which was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management model of“Internet+integration of doctors,nurses and patients”can improve the level of hope of patients with advanced lung cancer targeted therapy,change their coping styles and improve their quality of life,which has important use value.
