基于ERAS理念的多元信息化术前访视宣教对妇科患者腔镜类手术护理效果的影响

The influence of multi information preoperative visit and education based on eras concept on the nursing effect of gynecological patients undergoing endoscopic surgery

目的:分析基于加速康复外科理念(ERAS)的多元信息化术前访视宣教对妇科患者腔镜类手术护理效果的影响。方法:选取本院妇科2019年1月至2022年6月行腔镜类手术治疗的80例患者,根据术前访视宣教方案差异进行分组。对照组40例实施口头宣教及纸质资料发放等传统术前访视宣教模式,观察组40例实施基于ERAS理念的多元信息化的术前、术后宣教(APP视频)。分别在宣教前、宣教后(腔镜类手术术前)手动测定两组患者的生命体征指标,采用90项症状清单测定其心理健康水平,术后访视时指导患者微信扫“患者满意度测评”二维码完成测评,统计手术室护理工作总满意率并对比以上指标差异。结果:观察组的术后访视测评手术室护理工作总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术前的生命体征指标较对照组更为平稳,心理健康各项目平均评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于ERAS理念的多元信息化术前访视宣教可以改善行腔镜类手术治疗的妇科患者心理健康水平,维持平稳的生命体征,融洽护患关系。

Objective:To analyze the effect of preoperative visit and education based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)on the nursing effect of gynecological patients undergoing endoscopic surgery.Methods:80 patients who underwent endoscopic surgery from January 2019 to June 2022 in the department of gynecology in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the difference of preoperative visit and education programs.The control group(40 cases)implemented traditional preoperative visit and education modes such as oral education and paper material distribution,while the observation group(40 cases)implemented diversified information based preoperative and postoperative education(APP video)based on ERAS concept.The vital signs of the two groups of patients were manually measured before and after the education(before endoscopic surgery),and their mental health level was measured by using the 90 symptom list.During the postoperative visit,the patients were instructed to scan the two-dimensional code of“patient satisfaction evaluation”on WeChat to complete the evaluation,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing work in the operating room was counted and the differences between the above indicators were compared.Results:The total satisfaction rate of nursing work in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative vital signs of the observation group were more stable than those of the control group,and the average scores of mental health items were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi information preoperative visit and education based on ERAS concept can improve the mental health level of gynecological patients undergoing endoscopic surgery,maintain stable vital signs,and harmonize the relationship between nurses and patients.
