贵州省中毒案件调查及毒物溯源探索

Investigation of Poisoning Cases and Exploration of Poison Source Tracing in Guizhou Province

根据贵州省警务信息综合应用平台收集的数据,对贵州省2019~2020发生的105起中毒案件进行统计分析。贵州中毒案件特点表现为农村地区发案率高于城镇,感情问题与矛盾纠纷易引起投毒,犯罪嫌疑人中老年女性居多且文化程度较低,熟人间作案比例高,多选择水源、食物进行投毒,毒源涉及面广。经数据分析和实践探索,通过农药防伪溯源系统、农药地域性与季节性、嫌疑人网络记录查询、调查走访、毒物检验等方式对毒物进行溯源,能够为案件侦查提供线索,便于管理与控制毒物,避免违规毒物流入市场、从而预防中毒案件的发生。

In-depth understanding of the poisoning cases in Guizhou province,To provide reference for the investigation of poisoning cases and poison traceability. According to the data collected by the Police Information Comprehensive application platform of Guizhou Province,To 105 poisoning cases in Guizhou Province from 2019 to 2020 were analyzed for statistical analysis.Results: The incidence rate of poisoning cases in Guizhou is higher in rural areas than that in towns,and emotional problems and disputes are prone to poisoning. Most middle-aged and elderly suspects and women have low degree of education,and acquaintances have a wide range of poisoning.Through data analysis and practice exploration,can be through the pesticide anti-counterfeiting traceability system,pesticide regional and seasonal,suspect network record query,investigation,poison test to poison,can provide clues for case investigation,facilitate management and control of poison,avoid illegal poison into the market,prevent the occurrence of poisoning cases.
