“一带一路”倡议中国网民关注状况研究

A Study of China’s Netizens Attention to the Belt and Road Initiative

对于“一带一路”倡议,中国网民关注主体、关注程度、主题变化、情绪表达等相关情况的收集,可为意义重大、焦点分散、时间跨度长等类似事件的舆情疏导提供建议。选取微博、天涯、抖音、哔哩哔哩等网络平台作为研究对象,收集“一带一路”倡议重大事件发生期间研究对象中主题、数量、情绪、反响等变化情况,归纳对比不同主体、不同类型平台关注状况异同。中国网民对“一带一路”倡议的关注程度在各个平台与倡议相关的主题分布比例差异不大,并且紧跟事态形势变化,其中以经济相关话题为主,与倡议初衷紧密契合。

Grasping the attention status to China’s the Belt and Road Initiative of Chinese netizens on subjects, concerns,themes,and emotional expressions,can provide suggestions for events of public opinion counseling of great significance, scattered focus and long time span. Such well-known online social networking platforms as Micro-blog,Tianya Forum,TikTok,BiliBili are selected as the research objects. Collect the changes of subjects, numbers,emotions and reactions during the major events which happened in the Belt and Road Initiative. The similarities and differences of attention of different subjects and different types of platforms are summarized and compared through inductive comparison.The degree of China’s netizens’ s attention to the Belt and Road Initiative is low and the topic heat cycle is short. Micro blog’concerns are the most extensive,Tianya forum’s discussion have the deepset depth,TikTok and BiliBili have the highest level of attention. There is little difference in the distribution proportion of themes related to the Initiative on each platform. It closely follows the changes of the situation and focuses on economic related topics,which is closely consistent with the original intention of the Initiative.
