中医药通过增强自噬通路活性治疗膜性肾病的研究进展

Progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy by enhancing autophagy pathway activity

膜性肾病(MN)是一种常见的肾病综合征,尚无特效药且病程易反复。目前的治疗方案以激素、免疫抑制剂和细胞毒药物为主,但其严重的毒副作用给患者带来了巨大的生理和经济负担,亟需研发治疗M N的新策略。越来越多的研究表明增强自噬通路活性可以有效缓解M N的进展,本文旨在总结中医药通过激活肾脏不同的自噬通路活性,从而改善MN进展的机制,为临床治疗MN提供新的方向。

Membranous Nephropathy(MN)is a common nephrotic syndrome.There is no specific drug and the course of disease is easy to be repeated.The current treatment regimens are still mainly hormones,immunosuppressants and cytotoxic drugs,but their serious side effects bring huge physiological and economic burden to patients,and it is urgent to develop new strategies for the treatment of MN.More and more studies have shown that enhancing the activity of autophagy pathway can effectively alleviate the progress of MN.This article aims to summarize the specific mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the progress of MN by activating different autophagy pathways,and to provide a new direction for clinical treatment of MN.
