女性轻中度压力性尿失禁保守治疗的研究进展

Research progress in conservative treatment of female mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence

压力性尿失禁(SUI)是指喷嚏、咳嗽、大笑或运动等腹压增高时产生的不自觉的尿液自尿道口漏出,是妇女盆底功能障碍性疾病中最常见的疾病。目前多种指南均提出,保守疗法是治疗轻中度尿失禁患者的首选方法,但轻中度SUI保守治疗方式众多,疗效及进展各异,因此,本文就女性轻中度压力性尿失禁保守治疗的研究进展进行综述。

Stress Urinary Incontinence(SUI)means urinary leakage from the urethral orifice occurs involuntarily when abdominal pressure increases,such as sneezing,coughing,laughing or exercise.SUI is the most common type of female pelvic floor dysfunction disease.At present,many guidelines have proposed that conservative treatment is the first choice for patients with mild to moderate urinary incontinence.At present,there are many conservative treatment methods for mild to moderate SUI,with different efficacy and progress.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of conservative treatment of female mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.
