CircHIPK3在恶性肿瘤中的作用和机制研究进展

国内外大量研究表明,环状RNA同源域相互作用蛋白激酶3(circular HIPK3,circHIPK3)在人类细胞中起着生长调节剂的作用。CircHIPK3通过海绵作用吸附miRNA参与介导细胞生长、增殖、凋亡和迁移,在各种疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用。近期的研究表明circHIPK3在恶性肿瘤中异常表达。本文就circHIPK3的作用及功能机制进行综述,以期了解circHIPK3在恶性肿瘤中作用的研究进展。

A large number of studies have shown that circular RNA homeodomain interacting protein kinase 3(circHIPK3)acts as a growth regulator in human cells.CircHIPK3 participates in mediating cell growth,proliferation,apoptosis and migration by absorbing miRNA through sponging,which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases.Recent studies have shown that circHIPK3 is abnormally expressed in malignant tumors.In this study,the role and functional mechanism of circHIPK3 were reviewed in order to understand the research progress of circHIPK3 in malignant tumors.
