摘要
为稳定产品质量,保证塔器稳定操作,对乙二醇单叔丁基醚(ETB)装置醚共沸塔T6103和乙二醇双叔丁基醚(DBE)塔T6104放空系统进行优化改造。改造完成后提高了ETB产品质量,降低了T6103塔和T6104塔塔顶压力,保证了ETB装置安全运行。
In order to stabilize the product quality and ensure the stable operation of the tower, the ether azeotrope tower T6103 of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(ETB) unit and the cavity system T6104 of ethylene glycol bistert-butyl ether(DBE) tower were optimized and modified.After the completion of the transformation, the quality of ETB products was improved, the top pressure of T6103 tower and T6104 tower was reduced, and the safe operation of ETB device was ensured.
