基于线粒体功能探析温补命门治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的现代内涵

Modern Connotation of the Treatment of Ovulation Disorder of Polycystic Ovarian Symdrome by Warming and Reinforcing of"Mingmen"Based on Mitochondrial Function

命门火衰是多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍的重要发病基础,温补命门是其治疗大法。线粒体功能障碍与PCOS排卵异常存在病理相关性,即线粒体能量转化失衡、动力学失衡均影响排卵活动。命门火衰时线粒体酶活性、抗氧化能力及线粒体动力学均受到一定抑制。命门具有推动生命活动等作用,与线粒体是能量代谢驱动中心有着高度趋同性,引入线粒体作为命门的靶点在PCOS排卵障碍中进行相关探析,即温补命门可通过改善线粒体酶活性、提高抗氧化能力、平衡动力学等方面以达到促卵排卵目的,为临床治疗提供新的思路与方向。
