夏橘化瘀胶囊对预防阵发性房颤射频消融术后早期复发的研究

Study on Prevention of Early Recurrence of Xiaju Huayu Capsule after Radiofrequency Ablation of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨夏橘化瘀胶囊对阵发性房颤患者心脏射频消融术后早期复发的影响。方法随机选取2020年12月—2021年8月在潍坊市中医院住院行射频消融术的80例阵发性房颤患者为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组在射频消融术后单用胺碘酮治疗,治疗组在射频消融术后采用夏橘化瘀胶囊联合胺碘酮进行治疗。术前、术后3个月分别行心脏彩超及24 h动态心电图检查,记录比较两组患者的左心房内径(LAD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及静息心室率,并统计对比两组术后3个月内房颤的复发情况。结果术前检查显示,两组患者的LAD、LVEF以及静息心室率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月检查显示,两组患者的LAD及静息心室率均低于术前,LVEF则高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的术后3个月的LAD及静息心室率均低于对照组,LVEF则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后房颤早期复发的有11例,治疗组患者术后房颤早期复发的有4例,治疗组的早期复发率(10.00%)低于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05)。结论阵发性房颤患者射频消融术后采用夏橘化瘀胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗,有助于降低其左心房内径及静息心室率,并提高其左心室射血分数,对于患者术后早期复发能起到一定的预防作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaju Huayu Capsules on early recurrence after cardiac radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 80 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone alone after radiofrequency ablation.The treatment group was treated with Xiaju Huayu Capsules combined with amiodarone after radiofrequency ablation.Before operation and 3 months after operation,echocardiography and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were performed,respectively,and the left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and resting ventricular rate were recorded and compared between the two groups.The recurrence of atrial fibrillation within 3 months after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results Preoperative examination showed that there was no statistically significant difference in LAD,LVEF and resting ventricular rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the LAD and resting ventricular rate of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the LVEF was higher than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LAD and resting ventricular rate of the treatment group at three months after operation were lower than those of the control group,while LVEF was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 11 cases of early recurrence of atrial fibrillation in the control group and 4cases of early recurrence of atrial fibrillation in the treatment group.The early recurrence rate of the treatment group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).Conclusion After radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,Xiajuhuayu capsule combined with amiodarone can help reduce the left atrial diameter and resting ventricular rate,and improve the left ventricular ejection fraction.It can play a certain role in the prevention of early postoperative recurrence.
