免疫治疗联合化疗在中晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的效果

Effectiveness of Immunotherapy Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Intermediate to Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的评估免疫治疗联合化疗在中晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的效果。方法抽取2019年10月—2021年10月江苏省盐城市第一人民医院收治的71例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。基于治疗方法分为两组,对照组(35例)行单纯化疗,观察组(36例)行免疫治疗联合化疗。对比两组治疗前后临床症状积分、治疗效果及免疫功能指标。结果治疗前,两组各项临床症状积分及免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、胸痛、血痰积分低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.508,P<0.05)。结论中晚期非小细胞肺癌实施免疫治疗联合化疗效果理想。

Objective To assess the effect of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of interme-diate and advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 71 patients with intermediate and advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,from October 2019 to October2021 were selected.Based on the treatment method,they were divided into two groups:the control group(35 cases)re-ceived chemotherapy alone,and the observation group(36 cases)received immunotherapy combined with chemo-therapy.The clinical symptom scores,treatment effects and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical symptom scores and three immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cough,chest pain and blood sputum scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.508,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of immuno-therapy combined with chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer is ideal.
