盐酸氯环利嗪乳膏联合依巴斯汀片在皮肤瘙痒患者中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Clofentezine Hydrochloride Cream Combined with Epalrestine Tablets in Patients with Pruritus

目的研究盐酸氯环利嗪乳膏联合依巴斯汀片在皮肤瘙痒患者中的应用及价值。方法选取2021年7—12月英德市人民医院收治的60例皮肤瘙痒患者为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为两组,对照组(n=30)给予依巴斯汀片(开思亭)联合复方地塞米松乳膏治疗,观察组(n=30)给予依巴斯汀片联合盐酸氯环利嗪乳膏(康夫丽尔)治疗。比较两组疼痛评分、皮肤瘙痒症状持续时间与发作频率、临床症状积分差异;并比较两组临床疗效,药物不良反应发生率及停药后复发率。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛评分、皮肤瘙痒持续时间、皮肤瘙痒发作频率分别为(1.32±0.47)分、(3.28±0.72)min、(4.42±0.82)%,均低于对照组的(2.58±0.53)分、(4.95±0.85)min、(5.53±0.87)%,差异有统计学意义(t=9.742、8.211、5.085,P<0.05);观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030);两组用药后不良反应发生率、停药后复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.341、0.268,P=0.559、0.605)。结论皮肤瘙痒患者的临床用药中,为促进皮肤瘙痒症状尽早消退,减轻疼痛程度,可给予开思亭联合康夫丽尔治疗,该用药方案有利于提高临床治疗效果,且药物不良反应较少,停药后复发率较低。

Objective To study the application and value of chlorcyclizine hydrochloride cream combined with epastine tablets in patients with pruritus.Methods 60 patients with pruritus skin admitted to Yingde People’s Hospital from July to December 2021 were selected for the study,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with ebastine tablets(Kestin)combined with compound dexamethasone cream.The observation group(n=30)was given ebastine tablets combined with clofibrate hydrochloride cream(Comfrel)for treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the recurrence rate after stopping medication between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score,duration of skin pruritus and frequency of skin pruritus episodes in the observation group were(1.32±0.47)points,(3.28±0.72)min and(4.42±0.82)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(2.58±0.53)points,(4.95±0.85)min and(5.53±0.87)%,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.742,8.211,5.085,P<0.05).The total efficiencyt was higher in the observation group(96.67%)than in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).The differences were not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse reactions after medication and the recurrence rate after discontinuation of medication between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.341,0.268,P=0.559,0.605).Conclusion In the clinical dosing regimen for patients with pruritus,Kestrin combined with Comfrel may be given to promote the early resolution of pruritus symptoms and reduce pain levels.This medication regimen is also beneficial to improve the clinical treatment effect with fewer adverse drug reactions and a lower recurrence rate after discontinuation.
