PDCA循环管理对医疗器械消毒质量的效果

Effect of PDCA cycle management on the quality of medical device disinfection

目的探究PDCA循环管理法对医疗器械消毒工作质量管理的效果,以提升医疗器械的消毒质量。方法选取天津市职业病防治院(工人医院)2018—2019年实施医疗器械消毒的40名工作人员作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各20名。对照组采用常规管理,研究组在对照组基础上引入PDCA循环管理。比较两组的消毒工作管理质量,包括:清洗合格、检查功能性及医疗器械管理质量控制评分;同时比较两组科室的满意率。结果研究组清洗合格、检查功能性及医疗器械管理质量控制评分分别为(96.22±2.15)、(95.25±2.11)和(94.11±2.21)分,明显高于对照组的(79.33±1.36)、(80.21±1.88)和(82.31±1.12)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组科室总满意率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.025,P<0.05)。结论在医疗器械消毒工作管理中应用PDCA循环管理,可有效提高消毒人员的综合能力及医疗消毒质量,值得在医疗器械消毒工作中推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management method on the quality management of medical device disinfection work,so as to improve the disinfection quality of medical devices.Methods A total of 40 staff members of Tianjin Occupational Disease Precaution and Therapeutic Hospital(Workers’Hospital)who have carried out medical device disinfection from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management,while the study group introduced PDCA cycle management on the basis of the control group.The disinfection management quality of the two groups was compared,including:cleaning qualification,inspection functionality and medical device management quality control;at the same time,the satisfaction rate of the two groups of departments was compared.Results The clearning qualification,inspection functionality and medical device management quality control of the research group were(96.22±2.15),(95.25±2.11)and(94.11±2.21)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group with(79.33±1.36),(80.21±1.88)and(82.31±1.12)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study reseach was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 60.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.025,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the management of medical device disinfection could effectively improve the comprehensive ability of disinfection personnel and the quality of medical disinfection,which was worthy of promotion and application in medical device disinfection.
