Emergency endoscopic treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding among liver cirrhosis patients

食管胃底静脉曲张出血(esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding,EGVB)是肝硬化并(或)门静脉高压患者临床常见的一种严重并发症,预后差,涉及多学科合作共同决策诊疗。2013年武汉大学人民医院开始提出多学科诊治(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)下的EGVB急诊内镜全病程管理,降低了急性期EGVB死亡率。基于此,就我院门静脉高压团队MDT下的EGVB急诊内镜全病程管理做一述评。

Esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding(EGVB)is a serious clinical complication in patients with liver cirrhosis and(or)portal hypertension.It has a poor prognosis and involves multidisciplinary treatment.The whole course management of EGVB emergency endoscope proposed by our hospital for the first time under multidisciplinary treatment can reduce the mortality of acute EGVB.Therefore,the portal hypertension team of our hospital makes a review on EGVB-MDT.
