清末客家山区的物价及其走势——以广昌尖峰胡氏文书为中心

Price and Its Trend of Hakka Mountain Area in Late Qing Dynasty——Centered on Jianfeng Hu’s Documents in Guangchang County

在考证广昌县尖峰乡双湖村上湖地区中屋下胡氏及其账簿文书的生产与收藏者的基础上,明晰了账簿生产与收藏者的谱系,即账簿主要所有人应为胡步坤、胡凤楼、胡树传祖孙三代,并进一步挖掘建昌府《粮价表》与双湖村《戏会簿》《捐簿》中的粮价数据,理清同期建昌府米价、双湖村米价呈现两种运行状态:前者长期处于相对和缓起伏的状态,未出现剧烈的波动;后者始终在低位运行,而且前后两段曲线的波动剧烈,整体米价呈下降趋势。不过,南城物价指数显示,虽然本期粮价变动和缓,偶尔呈现小幅下降态势,但作为市场基准价格的粮价或者米价的总体平稳并不代表本区整体物价的稳定。

On the basis of textual research on the producers and collectors of Hu’s family and their account books in Shanghu area of Shuanghu Village,Jianfeng Market,Guangchang County,this paper clarifies the pedigree of the producers and collectors of the account books,that is,the main body of the account books should be Hu Bukun,Hu Fenglou and Hu Shuchuan three generations.Then,this paper further excavates the grain price data in the"grain price table"of Jianchang Fu and the"xihui book""juan book"of Shuanghu Village,and clarifies that the rice price of Jianchang Fu and the rice price of Shuanghu Village show two operating states in the same period:the former is in a relatively slow fluctuation state for a long time,without violent fluctuations;the latter is always running at a low level,and the fluctuation of the two curves is violent,and the overall rice price is declining.However,the Nancheng County price index shows that although the current rice price changes and slow or slight decline,but as the market benchmark price of rice prices overall stability does not represent the overall price stability in the local area.
