数字技术应用对应急物资生产的影响研究--兼论企业规模与政治身份的调节效应

Impact of digital technology application on emergency supplies production:also on the moderating effects of firm size and political identity

应急物资供应不足是应对重大突发事件冲击的关键瓶颈。数字技术赋能制造柔性,从而为制造业企业紧急情况下转产应急物资提供了空间。以新冠肺炎疫情期间983家制造业企业调查数据为基础,从动态能力角度研究数字技术应用对企业转产应急物资的影响及其机制。研究发现:数字技术应用能促进企业转产应急物资,且制造柔性在其中发挥了中介效应;企业规模负向调节数字技术应用与制造柔性的关系,企业主党员身份正向调节制造柔性与应急物资生产的关系。同时提出相应的政策建议以期为保障应急物资供应提供参考。

Emergency production is the critical bottleneck to dealing with the impact of significant emergencies.Digital technology enables manufacturing flexibility,which allows manufacturers to switch to emergency supplies in a crisis.Based on the survey data of 983 enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic,this paper studies the impact of digital technology applications on enterprises'transition to emergency supplies from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.The results show that digital technology can encourage enterprises to switch to the production of emergency supplies,and manufacturing flexibility plays a mediating role.The enterprise size negatively moderates the relationship between digital technology and manufacturing flexibility,and the party membership of business owners positively moderates the relationship between manufacturing flexibility and emergency production.And put forward relevant policy proposals to provide reference for ensuring emergency supplies.
