摘要
科技伦理教育是提高青年学生科技伦理意识、自觉遵守科技伦理规范不可或缺的途径,工科院校科技伦理教育更是发挥着直接引导未来的科技工作者有效规避科技风险保证科技向善的重要功能。我国工科院校虽然已经开展了科技伦理教育,但对比一些发达国家工科院校已经形成的较为完善的科技伦理教育体系,我国工科院校的科技伦理教育存在着零散化、碎片化、非本土化的特点,无法满足工科院校对科技伦理教育的迫切需求。因此,需要通过自上而下,自下而上两条路径,依据鼓励差异的整体性、面向问题的实践性、旨在融合的交叉性、保持开放的本土化原则,建构具有中国风格的科技伦理教育体系。
Scientific and technical ethics education is an indispensable and positive way to enhance the young students’ awareness level of ethic with science and technology. S&T ethics education of engineering colleges plays an important role in avoiding sci-tech ethical risks of future sci-tech worker and making continuous progress towards the concept of “ Tech for Social Good ”. As compared with that of the developed countries, we can recognize that although the China’s engineering colleges have developed the Scientific and technical ethic-moral education, there are still a lot to improve. At present, fragmentation, disorder and delocalization are brakes on the development of S&T ethics education. Therefore, it is imperative to develop and improve a S&T ethics education system with Chinese style and manner by the integration of two different ways as top-down and bottom-up with the four principles of “integration with encouraging the divisions, practicality with problem orientation, multi-field crossing with the goal of integration, and localization with an open mind”.
