摘要
当前,城市轨道交通接触网设备管理方式仍然以阈值管理方式为主,缺乏对设备状态直观的量化评估,对设备的寿命管理不利。为弥补接触网设备评价体系及标准的空白,在传统阈值管理方式基础上,综合考虑影响设备状态的各项参量,将国家标准+精修(或企业)标准相结合,开展接触网静态质量评价指标CQI研究应用,构建一套更加完善、科学的评价体系与标准。该评价体系经实践应用,可精确识别局部缺陷,并可对服役设备质量进行区段量化评估,为制定或优化设备维修策略、合理分配维修资源提供可靠依据。
At present,the management mode for OCL equipment of urban rail transit is still mainly based on threshold management mode,it lacks intuitive quantitative evaluation of equipment status and it is unfavorable to equipment life management.In order to fill the vacancies of systems and standards for evaluation of OCL equipment,on the basis of traditional threshold management mode,comprehensively consider various parameters that affect equipment status,combine national standards and fine repair(or enterprise)standards,carry out research and application of OCL static quality evaluation index CQI,and build a more mature and scientific evaluation system and standard.Through practical application,the evaluation system can accurately identify sectional defects and quantitatively evaluate the quality of equipment in service,providing reliable basis for establishing or optimizing equipment maintenance strategies and reasonably allocating maintenance resources.
