新时代高校校园安全文化现状分析及有效路径建设

Analysis of Current Situation and Effective Construction of Campus Security Culture in the New Era

高校校园安全文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,也是我国社会主义先进文化教育中的主要内容。通过对高校校园安全文化进行理论溯源和现状分析后认为,新时代影响我国高校校园安全文化主要因素是,安全思想文化、安全制度文化、安全行为文化、安全物质文化等建设中的不足。加强高校师生安全价值观、思想意识教育培养,建构科学合理的安全治理体制机制,弘扬宣传校园安全文明行为,强化校园安全防护设施设备智能化、安全管理信息化等物质水平是促进新时代我国高校校园安全文化健康发展的有效途径,也是高校校园安全稳定有序治理的重要保障。

Campus security culture is not only an important part of campus culture, but also the main part of advanced socialist cultural education in China. This paper theoretically discusses and analyzes the current situation of the security culture on campus. In China, the major factors affecting the security culture on campus in the new era are the lack of construction of security ideological culture, security system culture, security behavior culture, security material culture etc.To promote the sound development of security culture on campus in our country, the effective measures are strengthening security values of both teachers and students, cultivating ideological education, constructing scientific and reasonable security governance system and mechanism, promoting the security behavior on campus and consolidating the material level such as the intelligent level of security protection facilities and the level of security management information, which are the important guarantee of orderly governance of campus security and stability as well.
