新媒体时代思想政治教育话语的“变”与“不变”

“What Changes”and“What does not Change”of the Discourse of Ideological and Political Education in the New Media Era

以数字化和互联网技术为标志的新媒体改变了人们创造信息、接收信息、传播信息的模式,建构起了一个全新的虚拟信息环境。传播环境变迁,话语场域切换,思想政治教育的话语主体、言语语境、表达特色也随之而变。但“变”的是“形式”,“不变”的是“初心”,其育人导向、话语属性、叙事主线不变也不能改变。“变”为“不变”提供挑战与机遇,“不变”为“变”提供基础与遵循。新媒体时代,思想政治教育话语要在“变”与“不变”的内在张力中立主导、谋发展,需要在把握话语主体变化中增强育人实效、在适应复杂语境变化中坚守话语底色、在缕析表达特色变化中强化价值引领。

The new media marked by digitalization and Internet technology has changed the mode of creating,receiving and disseminating information,and has built a new virtual information environment.With the change of communication environment and discourse field,the discourse subject,language context and expression characteristics of ideological and political education also change.But what changes is“form”,what does not change is“original aspiration”,and its educational orientation,discourse attribute,and main narrative line cannot be changed.“What changes”provides challenges and opportunities for“what does not change”,and“what does not change”provides the basis and compliance for“what changes”.In the new media era,if the discourse of ideological and political education is to be neutral,dominated and developed under the internal tension of“what changes”and“what does not change”,it needs to enhance the effectiveness of education in grasping the change of discourse subject,adhere to the background of discourse in adapting to the change of complex context,and strengthen the value guidance in analyzing the change of expression characteristics.
