摘要
4D打印技术具有智能构件增材制造的独特优势,因而具有广阔的应用前景。通过讨论4D打印技术的概念和内涵,阐述了该技术的智能特性,提出将4D打印技术融入创新教育、数字设计、编程教学、材料教学、任务实施和智能工具等教学中,构建参与式动态教学模式,激发学生的学习兴趣,可有效培养智能制造人才所需核心素质和能力,提升智能制造人才的培养效果。
4D printing technology has a broad application prospect because of its unique advantages in intelligent component via additive manufacturing. This paper clarifies the concept and connotation of 4D printing technology and introduces the intelligent features of this technology. It also suggests integrating 4D printing technology into innovative education, digital design, programming teaching, material teaching,task implementation and intelligent tools, et al. That practice builds a participatory and interactive teaching model, which stimulates students’ interest in learning and cultivates the core qualities and abilities required by intelligent manufacturing with a better outcome in this regard.
