摘要
自跨境电商纳入职业本科教育,我国跨境电商职教生态的新链路得以融通。新业态下,跨境电商赋能传统行业,助推中国企业出海。调研跨境电商人才培养研究现状,分析人才培养模式存在的问题,优化跨境电商职教生态中“教育链”“产业链”“创新链”三链循环的人才培养路径,提升跨境电商人才培养的适应性,促进跨境电商人才高质量就业。
Since the integration of cross-border e-commerce into vocational undergraduate education, a new link in its ecology of vocational education in China has been forged. Under new business conditions, crossborder e-commerce empowers traditional industries and helps Chinese enterprises go global. Based on the survey of current situation of cross-border e-commerce talent training, and the problems arising from the cultivation mode, this paper seeks to optimize talent cultivation paths of cross-border e-commerce vocational education cycle of “education chain”, “industry chain” and “innovation chain”, to enhance the adaptability of cross-border e-commerce vocational undergraduate development, and to promote high-quality employment.
