装配式建筑结构施工关键技术的研究

在我国,推广装配式建筑已上升至国家发展战略层面.尽管装配式建筑造价低、施工速度快、绿色环保,但依然有许多关键技术问题亟待解决.基于此,对装配式钢结构建筑的关键技术进行了一定程度的研究,阐述了装配式钢结构部品部件的生产、构造形式与工作机理、保温一体化墙板及清水混凝土预制楼梯的关键技术.并从装配式混凝土结构识图的角度说明了装配式结构施工图表示方法.希望能够解决关键技术问题,推广装配式建筑结构建筑的推广与应用,助力我国建筑产业升级.

In China,the promotion of prefabricated buildings has risen to the level of national development strategy.Despite the low cost,fast construction speed and green environmental protection of prefabricated buildings,there are still many key technical problems to be solved urgently.Based on this,the key technologies of prefabricated steel structure building are studied to a certain extent,and the production,structural form and working mechanism of prefabricated steel structure components,the key technologies of integrated insulation wallboard and fair faced concrete precast stairs are described.It also explains the representation method of construction drawings of prefabricated structures from the perspective of identification drawings of prefabricated concrete structures,hoping to solve key technical problems,promote the promotion and application of prefabricated building structures,and help upgrade China’s construction industry.
