摘要
近年来家政服务业蓬勃发展,对于吸纳就业、满足人民群众日益增长的生活服务需求、培育壮大经济发展新动能、推动乡村振兴起着不可忽视的作用。作为党领导下的群团组织,工会响应党的号召,发挥组织优势参与家政服务业高质量发展做了许多工作,但在提高家政从业人员技能提升培训的针对性、实效性和持续性、推动家政服务从业者入会,以维护其合法权益,构建良好从业环境、利用工会组织密切联系职工的优势,构建供需对接平台,提高就业质量和效率等方面值得思考,以促其后工作。
In recent years,the domestic service industry has developed vigorously,which plays a non-negligible role in absorbing employment,meeting the growing demand for life services,cultivating and expanding new drivers of economic development,and promoting rural revitalization.As a mass organization under the leadership of the Party,the trade union responds to the call of the Party,gives play to its organizational advantages,and participates in the high-quality development of the domestic service industry.But there are many ways to rethink to facilitate subsequent work:Trade unions should improve the targeting,effectiveness and sustainability of skills upgrading training for domestic workers,promote employees to join trade unions to protect their legitimate rights and interests;build a good working environment;make use of the advantages of closely connected with employees to build a platform for supply and demand docking,and improve the quality and efficiency of employment.
