石龙站X104电商班列安检优化对策探讨

Discussion on Optimization Countermeasures to Security Check of X104 E-commerce Train at Shilong Railway Station

电商货物结构复杂、品名多、件数多,做好安检工作,成为广州、上海、北京3个开行特快货物班列的铁路局集团公司的一道难题。通过阐述石龙新货场现状及X104电商班列安检现状,从货主安检执行不到位、人工安检不具备可行性、过机安检仍有不确定性、视频监控设备尚未开通、铁路货运员未能全程检查等方面,剖析X104电商班列安检存在的问题,提出压实安全责任、升级设备性能、加强内部管理、增强外部力量等石龙站X104电商班列安检优化对策,有效确保货物运输生产安全稳定,以有利于进一步开拓电商班列市场。

E-commerce goods feature complex structures, multiple product names, and immense quantities. Security checks have become a problem for Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing Railway groups to operate express freight trains. This paper elaborated on the current situation of the new Shilong freight yard and the security check of the X104 e-commerce freight train and analyzed the existing problems of security checks from the aspects of the unsound security check of cargo owners, the infeasibility of manual security checks, uncertainty of airport security checks, unavailability of video monitoring equipment, and lack of the whole-process security check for railway freight personnel. On this basis, the optimization countermeasures to security checks of the X104 e-commerce train at Shilong Railway Station were put forward, such as fulfilling safety responsibility, upgrading equipment performance,strengthening internal management, and enhancing external forces, which can effectively ensure the safety and stability of cargo transportation and production and help further develop the e-commerce train market.
