摘要 当前,国内商品汽车物流基地一直沿用传统人工作业模式,数字化应用程度低,管理平台未能将管理、运营、仓储以及其他业务模块形成有效的集成。通过对铁路商品汽车物流基地智能化的研究,提出铁路商品汽车智能物流基地管理平台设计方案,融合物联网、大数据、人工智能等数字技术与智能控制系统,建立全面感知、实时互联、协同作业、精细管理、功能全面的管理平台设计构架,以适应铁路商品汽车智能物流基地的运营与管理需要,同时满足商品汽车延伸增值服务要求,提升物流基地整体效率与效益。 The traditional manual operation mode is still in use at logistics bases of commodity automobiles in China. Due to the low level of digital application, the management platform fails to effectively integrate management, operation, warehousing, and other business modules. Therefore, this paper, upon the research on the intelligence of logistics bases for railway commodity automobiles, put forward a design scheme for the management platform of railway commodity automobiles. The design,integrating digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence with intelligent control systems, established a management platform framework featuring overall perception,real-time connection, collaborative operation, fine management, and all-around functions. It is expected to meet the operation and management needs of railway commodity automobiles and at the same time, to satisfy the requirements of value-added service of commodity automobiles and promote the overall efficiency and benefits of the logistics bases.
