摘要 提高华北区域铁路货运增量既是实现全路货运增量的关键环节,也是提升铁路在运输市场竞争地位的重要因素之一,对新时期铁路高质量发展具有重要意义。为进一步优化运力资源配置,实现华北区域铁路货运增量,不断提升铁路运输市场占比,通过分析影响货运增量的因素,从重点分界口过车数、关键区段能力配置、出入关通道能力释放、港口集疏运、主要编组站驼峰改造等方面对影响运量的关键因素和制约节点进行优化,针对性地提出进一步提升货运增量对策,从而实现运输增量目标。 Elevating railway freight increment in Northern China is the key link to achieving freight increment in all railways, which can also help greatly strengthen the competitiveness of railways in transport markets. Therefore, it is of great significance to the high-quality development of railways in the new era. In order to further optimize the allocation of transport capacity resources, achieve railway freight increment in Northern China, and improve the ratio of railway transport markets, this paper optimized the key factors and restricting links affecting freight volume in terms of the number of vehicles passing through key boundaries, capacity allocation of key sections, capacity release of going through customs, collection, distribution, and transportation of ports, and hump reconstruction at major marshalling stations. In addition, the paper proposed targeted countermeasures for enhancing railway freight increment, so as to achieve the goal of transport increment.
