摘要 为有效解决JSQ6型车在编组站解编效率低与枢纽运力日益紧张的问题,运用因素分析法系统分析JSQ6型车在驼峰过峰溜放的3个关键制约因素,即道岔绝缘区段限制、车钩最大错钩量限制和竖曲线底加宽限制;探索提出了适应JSQ6型车过峰溜放的驼峰纵断面改造设计方案;并通过静、动态溜放仿真实验,检验了纵断面改造后的驼峰对溜放JSQ6型车的适应性。实验结果表明,驼峰纵断面改造后,不仅有利于JSQ6型车的安全溜放,还可以极大程度提高驼峰的解编效率和释放枢纽运力。 This study is conducted to effectively solve the prominent contradiction between the low unmarshalling efficiency of JSQ6 cars at the marshaling station and the increasing tension of hub transport capacity. Three key restrictive factors in the humping of JSQ6 cars were systematically analyzed by the factor analysis method, namely, the limit of turnout insulation sections, the limit of the maximum wrong-hook quantity of couplers, and the bottom widening limit of vertical curves. Through exploration, this paper put forward a design scheme for hump profile reconstruction to adapt to the humping of JSQ6 cars. Moreover, static and dynamic humping simulation experiments were performed to test the adaptability of humps after profile reconstruction to JSQ6 cars. The experimental results show that the reconstruction of the hump profile is not only conducive to the safe humping of JSQ6 cars but can also greatly improve the unmarshalling efficiency of humps and release the hub transport capacity.
